Lumos Real Estate Photography owns the copyright to all images. The copyright remains with Lumos Real Estate Photography unless a specific written agreement states otherwise. For licensing details, please contact us.

Real Estate Photography Usage:

The original agent who paid for our services has permission to use the images for property promotion in any electronic or printed form. This permission extends indefinitely for business marketing channels after the property is no longer for sale. The agreement is valid only while the property is listed for sale and terminates when the property is no longer for sale.

Image Transfer and Relicensing:

Images cannot be transferred to another agent taking over an expired or withdrawn listing from the original listing agent. Lumos Real Estate Photography may, in certain circumstances, contact the original listing agent for relicensing. If the original listing agent disagrees with relicensing, it will not proceed.

General Terms:

Failure to pay for the images constitutes a copyright infringement. We may request removal of the image from any form of advertisement. Failure to comply may result in legal action.
Builders, stagers, designers, and others seeking to use our images should contact us for licensing information. A property photography release from the homeowner is required.
